All companies have their own way of doing things and we are no exception. By default, we run your account as paperless as possible to minimise our carbon footprint.
We collect all your payment by direct debit to take away the hassle of manual payments and to give you the confidence to know if there’s a mistake you’re full covered by the direct debit guarantee.
But, we also appreciate that some customers may want things done a bit different, which is why, we will configure your Sigma account to suit your business. If you prefer making manual payments, then we can set your account up to do that! If you like to have your bill posted out to you then we can do that! If you like bills monthly or quarterly then we will change our bill frequency to suit your business. Most things can be changed, just ask your account manager if there’s something you’d like done differently and we will do our best to accommodate you.
