We will check to make sure any savings you’d make aren’t cancelled out by any contract penalties. With a letter of authority, we will establish if we can move you can move over to us and start using our services.

What are my payment options?

Our started payment method is direct debit. We can also accept other payments if requested. These will include BACS or credit/debit card.

What happens if the amount of energy I use changes?

We will establish your consumption at the point of transfer to us. If this changes, we will amend your payments to take this change into consideration. This will mean we will raise or lower your monthly payment, but don’t worry! We’ll let you know of any changes before taking any money from your bank.
